WHY DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR BOOKING OUR VACATION WITH YOU?
We care about your vacation as if it was our own. We provide support before during and after you travel. Our planning fee covers our expertise, customized itineraries, and so much more. We are your advocate while you’re traveling. Just like other experts (lawyers, accountants, hair stylists, etc) we believe we have so much to offer you and your vacation!
IF WE CANCEL, DO WE GET ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK?
This is a question that is not one answer. It will depend on the vendor you are booked with and their terms and conditions and if you purchased travel insurance. Your travel planner will go over all terms and conditions of your vacation before you book.
I HAVE A PACKAGE THAT I HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT ON. WILL YOU AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT THE BALANCE DUE ON THE DUE DATE FROM MY CREDIT CARD?
No Dreams Travel Consulting will not automatically pull money from your account unless you give us permission ahead of time to do so.
WILL YOU REMIND ME WHEN MY PACKAGE IS DUE IN FULL?
Yes, we will remind you one week before and one day before. In addition we send a planning email out that shows your due date there as well.
CAN I GET A FREE UPGRADE ON MY HOTEL OR LATE CHECK OUT?
Dreams Travel Consulting works with a consortia that allows many of our clients to get upgrades and perks that others would not get booking on their own. We can not promise upgrades, but we work for you and do our best to get you the best!
WHY DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Travel insurance can minimize the considerable financial risk of traveling such as accidents, illness, missed flights, cancelled tours, emergency evacuation, death, or more. You will want to consult with the insurance agency that you purchase from for all the exact details.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Passport and Visa requirements can be determined any time of the day by clicking here. Your travel agent will also guide you through what you will need for your destination.
HOW COME I CAN'T ADD MORE PEOPLE IN MY HOTEL ROOM?
Different hotel rooms will have different capacity requirements depending on the room type. Those requirements are in place to keep visitors safe. We always recommend you follow what the hotel allows.
HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT TO CHECK IN?
We advise that for all domestic travel you arrive 2 hours before your flight time and for international flights, arrive 3 hours in advance.
DOES WORKING WITH A TRAVEL AGENT COST MORE THAN IF I BOOK IT ON MY OWN?
This is a yes and no answer. Our agency is aligned with partners that offer great pricing and amenities that you can't get on your own. We also never mark up the cost of a hotel/package/air. Our pricing is almost always the same or better then you would get on your own, but with working with Dreams Travel Consulting, you have an expert to guide your way. And although we do charge a concierge/planning fee for our services, our clients find this a valuable cost as we do all the research and work for you. All you do is pack your bags and relax!
FOR OUR DISNEY WORLD VACATION, HOW MANY FAST PASS+SELECTIONS CAN WE MAKE EACH DAY?
Before you arrive, you may choose up to 3 fast passes per person per day. Once you use your first three, you may choose more by using your mobile device or at a Fast Pass+ kiosk in the park.
HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EXTRA MAGIC HOURS AT THE DISNEY WORLD PARKS?
The extra magic hours benefit allows all guests staying in a Disney property (with valid theme park admission) to enter the park that is having the extra morning or evening hours. This is usually 1 hour before park opening and up to 2 hours past park closing.
