My name is Penny Milhorn, and I reside in Pleasant Grove, Ohio.

I have been married to Daniel for over 30 years, and we have a daughter, Abby, who was born and raised in the magic of Disney. My first visit to Walt Disney World was in 1978 with my parents and even then I thought, “I want to work here someday.”

I spent 17 years working as a home-based medical transcriptionist. When Abby was four, we took her to Walt Disney World for her first visit, and it was truly magical for all of us. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in travel.

I studied through The Travel Institute and earned my Certified Travel Associate certification. Transitioning into the travel industry was a natural fit, and working from home allowed me the flexibility to support Abby’s busy dance schedule. Many evenings and weekends were spent in the car, booking vacations and assisting clients while she danced.

While I may not work at Disney, I love helping others experience the magic through their own vacations.

My favorite Disney park is Magic Kingdom, especially Cinderella Castle, the fireworks, and Tinker Bell’s flight. It truly gives me goosebumps. My favorite ride is Guardians of the Galaxy with TRON Lightcycle/Run close behind.

For my Harry Potter fans, I also specialize in planning vacations to Universal Orlando. In addition, I plan all inclusive Caribbean vacations, Hawaii trips, and work with all major cruise lines.
